San Diego was on a flood watch and it was a torrential downpour. Streets were flooding. We tried to cancel and they said the tour goes on rain or shine and would not refund us for the tour. This is a terrible policy for an outdoor tour with unprecedented rains. Terrible customer service! Don’t use them!
