Why would you make a documentary about people who are often overstimulated and have flashing lights, chopping and changing screens, high speed movement and twisting cameras? I could go on. This documentary feels like someone on LSD edited it. The information is buried in overstimulating sound and images. I know it’s 10 years old now but it feels 50 years old. What a waist of interviews with important voices. Ugh I literally just heard the narrator say the word overstimulation while the screen was flashing and moving at high speed. I’m done, didn’t make it through the first half before it was making me so overstimulated and nauseous. I hope there is another documentary about HSP that doesn’t use the cheap tricks of overstimulation. I’m shocked at how poor this is. What a huge disappointment.
