Base game was AMAZING! I found it very reminiscent of the recent assassins' creed games, and I absolutely loved the story. There were moments I laughed, and moments I cried. The incorporation of flying (gliding) was a huge bonus, and you could easily spend 40+ hours unlocking everything and maxing out your character.
As for the DLC content: "A new God" was definitely fun, but traded out much of the open world aspect for a more puzzle heavy experience. While this was cool, it left me expecting to play with my character even more moving forward. The next two DLC parts I haven't yet finished. I was ultimately upset with how the character I had built just became unplayable. Having different studio regions complete one game "season" made it feel broken up. The final DLC's use of floating text boxes with pictures of the speaker made it feel like one of those terrible pay to play games that you download from the app store.
