Is anyone there? Oh, hi! Everyone eventually chances upon a special song or an album that they wholly, truly adore with the bottom of their heart. Something that captures their innate being; something that they would never ever tire of listening. To me, Worlds is that special album, and Sad Machine, that special song. Each track in Worlds is unique and boasts of the musical genius that Porter has evolved to be. Chords and melodies are thoughtfully laid out and vocals apt and artsy throughout, making the end result feel like one coherent portrait of Porter's soul. I'm already excited for nurture!
