I used to use this company to go see my nephew in Jacksonville Florida, I got off the phone with a gentleman that he was very polite, but I will say this I was not able to get a refund for a ticket that I had booked who is a round-trip, which it should not matter, if I’m not using the ticket I should be able to get my money back because if you’re not giving me my money back you are robbing me you are taking my money, you are holding my money against my will and I don’t appreciate that you will never see business for me again I will never recommend business to you and I will blast you guys with negative feedback every chance that I get because you people are taking money from me instead of giving me a refund, my nephew got sick and I am not about to put my own self in jeopardy to go visit him when he could possibly have Covid. So with that being said he will never get a good review for me, you will never get business for me, my family I have already told them not to use you guys ever for transportation to do something better which I’m pretty sure there’s better bus companies out there than you.
