We reached peak super hero a long time ago, but this series of films brings it back to the bleeding edge of comics and graphic novels, which is where this genre belongs. A fantastic HDR spectacle in the cinema, where the barrage of 2D and 3D imagery and overall creative vision pins you to your seat, while the sound design is subtle enough that you don't leave with ringing ears. Great stuff for the whole family from about 7+.
