People rating low stars are complaining they don't like the story plot, even the ones who say that's not it, yeah it is. Its as painful to me as anyone. We were all born on Team Joel. I played the first game 15-20 times. I am as heart broken as the next person but any game that gives people this kind of visceral reaction is obviously a good game. Sure you start out hating a characters guts (and all her friends by association) and then are "forced" to play her. What game has even tried that? Its crazy and powerful. This is the first game I've played that really makes you think, things are not black and white. Its not an easy good guys vs bad guys. People rating low stars are just really having a hard time stepping in the shoes of the other side. We don't know Abby. We don't know the WLF but they also don't know Joel do they? Easy to judge when you don't have the other perspective. Naughty Dog would have had to do a spin off "Firefly" game starring Abby and her dad for some of these reviewers to be satisfied and who would have played that? Here's a spoiler: Joel and Ellie don't live happily ever after in Jackson.
