Too shallow this one. The wife is so fookin' annoying and all of a sudden she's working with the CIA AGAINST her husband and demands to know everything including confidential info about his work. Buuuuullfish! The MI6 guy is all the weakness, the Russian spy girl is way ahead of everyone and everything despite working virtually alone and without official backing. Episode 2, where the annoying wife started recording the husband with her phone was the last straw for me. I can't! Fire the scriptwriters and shoot the director.

This movie ssssucked. They did try very hard with the fatalities. However characters were bland, lifeless; Liu Kang was a tired mess. Kabal 's figting was on point. It felt like "here's a budget just get it together". No research, no understanding of the MK universe. I was thoroughly disappointed with this movie; this coming from an MK gamer/fan from childhood. The Scorpion cartoon was waaaaay better.
