It had so much apocalyptic potential. Its plot, cinematography & cast were all satisfying and the film had similar makings to quieter films like Signs. However, the ending was so disappointing & abrupt that it left my son and I saying, “That’s a horrible ending.”
The film is thought provoking & unique, but it’s debatable whether it will be worth 1.5 hr of your time, even with Julia Roberts in a leading role.
