i have never seen the play. i read it when i was 9 for the first time and have re-read it a thousand times since. it shaped who i was, is and will always be. i was never able to say a personal thank you to Mr. Beckett as i had never personally met him. however, i thanked many teachers, both scholarly and spiritually, on his behalf. and i feel that having somehow come across this page, it is time to thank you properly Mr. Beckett. i promise to never forget what you taught me.
