To the people who give this show 5 stars I think they’ll give anything 5 stars on audience reviews. The writing for this tv show is horrible nothing actually makes any logical sense. The only reason it should get 2 stars is because of the set production and design which should be a given because it’s a Star Wars show and an immersive world is the very least Star Wars should get right.

This is an absolute joke, disgraceful, disgusting and insulting to the original predecessor. Everyone involved in the making of this film should be ashamed and if it weren’t for Rian Johnson (ahem The Last Jedi) this would undoubtedly be the worst sequel ever made in film history

Very very poor action film. After watching the first John Wick and enjoying it I was ecstatic in watching the second installment but what awaited me was a poorly written and thought out plot. It seems like no care or thought was put into the plot some guy just wants Wick to kill his sister and when she talks about his dead wife Wick shows no emotion and carries on with killing her. The reason the first movies plot is so interesting is because they gave you this intriguing character and make the plot so personal which makes it compelling. Why couldn’t D’Angelo just have hired a different assassin other than John Wick? The plot of this movie feels so disconnected from the first film that it doesn’t make sense for this to happen, and another thing that doesn’t work about the plot is that it doesn’t feel like a natural progression from the first movie and feels forced. This mission was also done so easily. The progression for the story is so out of place and out of touch with the first movie (other than some guy telling the audience that John Wick killed his nephew and brother) that it feels like the movie studio really didn’t have any idea for where to go or what to do after the first film to the point where I can’t even believe that the two movies were directed by the same person. One thing you can say John Wick 2 does do better than its predecessor though is building upon the world of assassins. Still though a pointless plot that is uninteresting, boring and dull.
