I live in Kapaa and have had the worst experience with a Realtor by the name of Jill. Im Hawaiian born and raised on these Islands. The neighboring property at 4601 Hauaala Rd. Recently had a woman commit suicide inside the home. When I mentioned concerns in regards to the property she instantly told me to not say someone committed suicide and said I instead should be giving her referrals of friends who would like to buy the home. At which point I explained there has been multible deaths over the years in that home. This Realtor really needs to understand our culture and not be hungry for money. Please beware when dealing with this Realtor and Company.
