I am not very familiar with Teddy Soeriaatmadjas’ works accept his 2010 Lovely Man, TAOL touched me in the most unexpected way, love the screen play, pieace of me truely connected with Raia’s vulnerable emotions and her love hate commotion with River. I cried when this song by Raissa Anggiani was played, which before this didnt really get my attention much … perhaps I just miss New York, reading books at Central Parks, morning bagel at 5th Ave and driving to Brookyln with no solid reason ..
