In this movie, first see the children perspective and other people perspective like vendors, pan shop, mechanic, etc. They're happy with what they are doing and making money from that. True that 15k or 20k not enough to lead a best life but if the people do the work with what they love/interested, then there is a chance to grow in that domain and become big. Only engineers, doctors, lecturures lives are not life. If its right in that case, then why are the packages of that employees differ. All should become tech CEOs like pichai, nadella, etc. Everybody has life. Everybody can live with what they have. As a society, we should encourage to raise their bar. As a parents, firstly keep the ego and so called paruvu aside and raise the children with their interests.
