I want to start by saying that I love this album. Its extremely raw and in some ways feels like a return to home for the artist. It in many ways brings out the same feelings that I felt listening to his plus album. The album as a whole feels very sad, which is where I find my favorite music. Even the songs with a relatively positive message have a ting of bittersweetness. Some of the highlights I've really enjoyed were Boat, No Strings, Sycamore, and Hills of Aberfeldy. I want so badly to give this album a five star rating me but I'm affraid I just can't. The only negative thing I can think to say about the album is that it can sound a bit repetitive if you listen to every song in one sitting. Im still going to reccomend the album to everyone I know and I truly hope it goes platinum.
