First time I've ever written a TV show review, but just had to give Umbrella Academy a GREAT BIG shout out! I'm no comic book geek and so for me there were no preconceived ideas of what to expect from this series. Arguably, the most beautifully constructed, visually stunning Netflix original I've watched to date, and so contagiously quirky. As for the soundtrack throughout...10/10. Writer, directors and producers, bravo!! I've been completely mesmerised since Episode 1. Robert Sheehan (Misfits) is just brilliant as is Ellen Page (Juno, Inception, X-Men). In fact the entire cast deliver outstanding performances. All in all an absolute must see, even for those who aren't really fans of comic book/superhero movies. It's my fav show so far for 2019! 5 big fat stars from me! Can't wait for Season 2.
