One of the 90s attempts to use libertarian/conservative philosophies to paint a future run by liberals. it's wildly uneven, mostly bad, but at least the big names being a big budget so things don't have to look dorky, too, often the weak point of 90s Sci Fi. It is SO hard to watch a slimmed down Sylvester be paired with the much younger Bullock, but how they dress and talk to and around Snipes is full on bigot-cringe. Thank goodness Snipes has a strong presence and talent, otherwise it would almost be a minstrel. The future "utopia" has people with zero critical though, original thinking, common sense, etc, no society would behave as this one does, People aren't that dumb, no future would be this dumb, politics be damned. Go get Blade and Judge Dredd instead.

A high energy, amusing romp of an Act I, followed by a soul crushing Act II as the Mysterious Play unfolds in a story of Divine Retribution. A must-see for anime fans!

Nice msg & cast, but many times the dialogue and acting seem stiff and stilted. I wanted it to be better.

Strong storylines, a wide range of colorful characters with conflicted motivations and some visually stunning animation (especially in latter half episodes). The creators of this series continue to deliver.
