Absolute perfection. This completely blows any other Sabbath album out of the water. "Die Young" and the title track are definite final contenders for greatest metal song ever, and the crisp new sound brings Sabbath into the 1980's metal scene, paving the way with a BANG

Absolute glam metal perfection. Don Dokken has a perfect voice, and George Lynch is one of the best guitarists in music, period. A perfect blend of ripping riffs and amazing solos topped with sugar-coated vocal melodies that will keep you hooked for life 11/10

Street-level metal played with a furious youthful energy that could only be done by a group of 19 and 20 year olds hell bent on metal domination. Mission accomplished and here is the classic blueprint

An underrated masterpiece. I love the haunting reverberated original production and the music is a perfect progression from the previous album leading up to "Rust in Peace". Perfect dark 1988 thrash metal with great solos and a menacing horror-metal vibe. 10/10

Pretty solid album from Dave and Co., although a slight step down from the excellent "Dystopia". The music rips, the vocals are solid, but the only real disappointment here is the total lack of anti-government conspiracy themes that Dave does so well. Still, a solid entry into the massive and growing Megadeth catalog 8/10

Great album, almost like a continuation of the epicness of "Nostradamus", only this time trimming the fat while simultaneously reclaiming some of that signature Priest attack 9.5/10

Absolute perfection. Everything I love about music is right here on this masterpiece: headbanging riffs, soaring vocals, huge melodic choruses, slick production with plenty of reverb, malcontented lyrics, etc., etc., etc....and it all builds toward the most epic metal song ever made, "Eyes of a Stranger". It does not get any better than this, 100/10

This mind-blowing metal masterpiece never gets old. I spent the better portion of 1988/9 listening to little else as this album proceeded to blow my then 11 year old mind. 35 years later and it still sounds just as fresh as it did so many years ago. Absolute 10/10 must have
