As a viewer the same age as Callie and Mariana in the show, and as someone who grew up watching The Fosters, Good Trouble is so crucial for my generation. The show is so relatable and entertaining which is surprising because I live in a small town and the show takes place in the city. It’s actually relatable for all age groups (which can be extremely hard to do.) These are the shows that actually grew up with you and I really hope they renew it for a 6th season so we can at least see everything come full circle. I absolutely love Good Trouble, as does my teen sister, my mother and my grandparents.
