There might be accidents.
I adore KFP (I grew up watching the movies and relating to Po more than I've ever managed to relate to a character before or since), so to have to say this movie is disappointing is really upsetting. I wish I felt differently.
Without spoiling too much of anything, it's discouraging. The Furious Five are completely absent (which is a devastating blow to both the story and Po in and of itself), the villain is shockingly generic, and Po's mentee, a fox named Zhen, is such a severely underdeveloped character to the point of it being distracting.
Every single aspect of this movie is underwhelming. It has funny points and some cool sequences, but overall it's just so weak compared to the other KFP movies. There was an honest effort made and production was notoriously rocky (things could've been worse, believe it or not), but I think I'll just stick with the OG trilogy.
