I can not believe that Lord Sugar would consider appointing those people. I don't want to use adjectives but .... my suggestion is, rather than requiring people to demonstrate their business model. Lord Sugar should throw this out to encourage some really good people who want to be exceptional employees but who don't have aspirations for their own companies. Hence lose the requirement for business models and then you can encourage some decent and intelligent applicants because it is currently a joke.
