The game loop is fine as it always is with pokemon, I did like the new combat system and to the games credit it runs far better than Scarlet and Violet which in my opinion is the bare minimum. Creating a world so bland and empty and slapping such a high price on it is absolutely shameful. If the game was cheaper say £30-£40 I think it would have been received better but for £60 plus dlc on a game that’s added a few new megas and nothing else is corporate greed at its finest. Do yourself a favour and buy this game second hand or if it falls to a lower price (however, Nintendo games seem to have a habit of never lowering their prices despite being out for so long)
