I think they need to get facts right crime isn't down as the police will not come out to shop theft unless you have photograph evidence of the person as they can't do anything otherwise so the scallys of today are walking in to shops and picking up what they want and walking out if you can't make the face out then the police won't deal with it so no crime reported is that why crime is down it's a joke.
