Overall, a disappointment. As somebody who is a fan of Judy Garland’s, I expected more of her. Renee Zellweger’s facial expressions were Bridget Jones all over. This movie made things seem over the top negative, why was Mickey Rooney portrayed as somebody who turned her down? That absolutely did not happen. They were friends, neither of them crossed that line. I thought this was going to be her final days too. I don’t get why it ended after her London shows? She moved into a rented apartment in Chelsea, London and died there. Very abrupt ending. Where’s the rest of it?
