I have to say, I was absolutely hooked on Oshi No Ko from the first episode. The animation was stunning, with vibrant colors and intricate details that brought the world to life in a way that felt both fantastical and grounded in reality. The characters were all so well-developed, with complex personalities and backstories that made them feel like real people rather than just anime tropes.

It is so good. I saw the trailer for it a while back and thought “wow that has some good looking animation” so I watched the first episode when it came out and the 3d animation definitely took some getting used to (it’s not bad I just usually don’t ever watch 3d animation) but when it switches to 2d mid fight? It’s so coooool. The story is also really unique I think but if u watch this show be prepared for some big plot twists and also some cliff hangers. The power system is super creative too. A heroes power level is determined by how many people believe in them to be a hero. Overall, I think the first 4 episodes are incredible, the next 3 are really good and the 7th has arguably the best animation in the series so far, and episodes 8 and 9 (that’s all that’s out at the moment of me writing this) are really good too but more on an emotional level and a lot more story and less action. Nonetheless one thing that has been absolutely 100% consistent is how beautiful the animation looks, and how good the show tells a story.
