This was a weird movie. And not on just the unusual points highlighted in the title but it seems like they chose the worst way to tell what should have been walk in the park action/suspenseful script. It's never good when even Sam Elliott can't redeem a film.

Tom clancy is rolling in his grave. It's almost impressive how poorly executed this story line was. Then again it's a streaming service production, so if you look at it as a cheesy low budget action film you might not be as disappointed.
