Was it my cup of tea. No. What I will say is the acting is spectacular and the scenes are beautiful and well put together. Had it been less I wouldn’t have watched it. I watched the extended cut too.

Am I they only one that thinks this movie is not scary and it’s dumb.

His acting is superb. He needs to be in more movies. Other than that it’s an okay movie. He killed it.

It’s an amazing movie. This literally broke me. I haven’t stopped crying. Good movie but I will definitely make you sad.

I will say the movie keeps you locked in, but it’s not as scary as all this PR that they’ve been doing. It’s like any other possession movie except there’s no demon talk and or exorcism. It’s not bad. Nothing is gonna come through your screen. If anything it shows you when you have faith anything is possible. I will say there were some parts that were like wtf but nothing to crazy. Trigger warning … there’s a hint that there might have been childhood SA but they don’t go any further than saying “ Something happened when I was little” then cut to a man then showed when she was little. Both were clothed. It showed absolutely nothing. It just hints to it. Other than that give it a try and see for your self. Stop the fear mongering.

So I’m confused on how to rate this. I had no idea what this was about. I just kept seeing it on my TikTok. My jaw was on the floor nearly 95% off the time I was watching this. If you want to be appalled the entire time go for it. The actors did great. It’s just the context of this movie is really messed up. Btw BIG OLE TW FOR SA. Just want to make sure people are aware.

So it is a good movie. I liked it.. but if you have seen stepford wives it’s basically the exact same thing. It has a twist that’s a little different than stepford, but more or less the same. The acting was great and Flo really killed it. I would say watch it if you have an interest.
