I had only recently watched the original movie with my dad, and the movie had surprisingly held up after so many years. Sufficed to say we were both super excited for the show to come out, and it didn’t disappoint. Whether you are a fan of the og movie, or have no knowledge of it and just love fantasy, this show is so good and deserves to be checked out. The characters have good chemistry, the humor is on point, the story is dark and interesting, and the scenery/set for this show is so gorgeous. All the characters have their own backstory and motivations, and even characters who you think are 1 dimensional and aren’t special, turn out to be fully fleshed out people who you root for. The first episode is kinda slow and I get why many people couldn’t get into it at first, but please check out the episodes out so far and you wont regret it!
