I set up auto payment as to not worry about the bill getting paid . Somewhere down the line auto payment was stopped without my knowing . INSTEAD of sending notification of such late payments they sent my account to a collection agency . Horrible way to operate business . Never again ! With little to NO communication leading to losing customers the name of this company should be THE LOST FRONTIER. Dont do it ! Save yourself the hassle and go with a reputable company who can facilitate billing and communication the proper way .
