The story, acting, and ending are all so well executed. It also highlights corrupt socio-political realities in a fun and engaging way. I loved the movie.It deserves a solid 8.5 from me.

Fantastic and preachy storyline where the story conveys the message that United we stand ,divided we fall. The synthesis of Danish and Amitabh can only make a satisfying whole. And Akshara is the very woman who has unified the two source of talents.She is like the bridge between them. Once she has gone for her own directorial purpose the bridge is broken. Again she has to fabricate it. Her direction is indeed very important in the lives of these two. Akshara has wonderfully played her role. She is amazing. For the first time I watched her acting and I loved. Dhanush, is my favourite actor from South. He is as usual flawless and terrific. Amitabh Bacchan is as usual outstanding, killer, specially in the ending he was insanely beautiful. Illaiya raaja killed it with his phenomenal music.Hat's off to the director for this simple, clear , classic movie! I loved it thoroughly.
