Pretty bland. The graphics are alright and there's plenty of lore and customization options but everything else is kind of boring. The combat becomes repetitive even before you leave the tutorial area. The "expansive open world map" is mostly empty space lightly dusted with crafting ingredients and absolutely covered in invisible walls and ridiculous vigor checks. You're telling me I can't walk across a plank or jump 5 feet because I didn't spec into a warrior attribute?! Companion interactions and storytelling were also pretty lazy, with followers trusting you implicitly with their lives and deepest secrets while somehow also maintaining a suspicious disposition towards you. If this game was fifty percent better than it currently is, I might have even finished it.
