Here it is, my favourite film of all time (for now). The Dark Knight is amazing for many reasons. Obviously, Heath Ledger is amazingly acted as The Joker, who gives a terrifying performance while sometimes giving an awkward chuckle. Harvey Dent is done really well, Aaron Eckhart plays a good Harvey Dent and a good Two-Face. Batman, as a character, is probably the weakest in the entire trilogy, but as time passes, we see Batman become increasingly desperate to catch The Joker. The plot is complex, but it isn't confusing too. There isn't that much spectacle, but most of the thrill comes in with the Joker's ideology faces against the Gotham City citizens. The supporting cast is great. The film is Christopher Nolan's best, and I would give it a 10/10

The Force Awakens is easily the most action packed of the entire saga. Even when the action stops, it still entertains with jokes and humor. Yes, it may be too similar to A New Hope, but I think that was necessary considering at the time, the prequels weren't the greatest Star Wars material and were panned for their story. The film does suffer a bit from using this template however, including scenes that do not have any meaning (the deaths of the republic). The characters are likeable. Finn is a unique character that has a good arc, Rey has some nice intrigue. Also, they used some old characters very well. Chewie is very fun, Han is really cool to see again, Leia is fine, and Luke drives the film forward in a unique way. The final act might not live up to the rest of the movie, and I did feel underwhelmed, but it still is an 8/10
