Usually a new TV show takes two or three episodes to figure out who all the players are and their relationships, motivations, etc. So I tend to give grace, but it was about five episodes in before I felt comfortable with who was who for the most part. The relations -- brother, cousin, father, son -- was all very hard to follow even to the end. It was very violent, made even harder to watch by the fact that the good guys never won a skirmish. It was so demoralizing I didn't watch the last episode. I'm told the king of Hawaii got swallowed by the volcano. Evil man. Hallelujah! But too easy a death... I'd rather he had his face bashed in with a boulder. A victory too little too late, though. I'm out. Also, the politics moved too slowly. We all knew the battles were coming. It lagged. I fell asleep during a couple of shows.
