I knew even before googling the movie it would have a low rating. It's cliché, it does not bring anything new on the table, and it's from a distopian novel made for teenagers. Really, it has everything to be hated. Still, I had a great time. It reminded me of the 2010s distopian movies (Hunger Games, Divergent...) with all the clichés you can think about. A love triangle, a perfect society that is a lie, a 16 years old ordinary girl that somehow changes the course of everything (on top of being physically fitter than a real life soldier) etc. BUT Netflix made an effort on the visuals. It's nice to look at. And we also can easily who is Ugly and Pretty, the make ups and CGI well done. I also appreciated the cast in itself. Truly, the movie is more of a 3 stars but I want the next part so it's a 4 for me. Blame the nostalgia, but it was fun to watch!

A lot of people said that this movie is trying too hard. Perhaps they are right but I had an amazing time because that's exactly what I wanted. A dark academia story with tortured teenagers, a moody palette colours, and classical songs. Yes, the film is cliché. Yes, it's trying to be underground. But I loved that. I liked the leads and secondary characters as well. For fall, it's the perfect movie to watch with lit candles and pumpkin spice latte.

Despite how much hate it gets, I'm not kidding when I say this is my favourite Pokemon movie. The storyline, the pacing, the soft relationship between Ash and Latias.... all new elements that give this film a different dimension. And the Venise-inspired city? I love it. I only wished this movie lasted longer.

Des trois films, c'est mon favori. J'adore Fiona ainsi que le mix de film de noel et d'espionnage. C'est le plus fun !

One of the best Batman movies. Robert Pattinson is phenomenal in his role! I cannot wait for the next one!

It is precisely the same formula as Pirates of the Carabeen - same characters, same mimics, same jokes - without the spice and salt. I couldn't help but think "ah, that guy is like Will Turner" or "ah, that's Barbossa" for the whole movie. Did Disney think it could write a PoC fanfiction in a western Alternate Universe and we wouldn't notice a thing? Worse, did they really think they could have the same success? With that lazy writing? Anyway. I guess if someone has never seen PoC, they could enjoy that movie, but I simply couldn't.

It was sickeningly satisfying. At first, I felt powerless when I saw everything that was happening to our heroine and truly sympathised with her. I wanted her to get her revenge and the following episodes were sooooooo satisfying. The actors were absolutely wonderful (the actress for Park Yeon-ji? Jesus, a work of art) and the plot kept us on our toes. It could have been faster, sometimes, and given us even more drama but the slow-paced scenes, the subtle camera shots in some scenes, made this drama very special. It gave it an edge, a sense of reality. I absolutely adored it. 10/10.

So far, the best TV show of the year!
