Actors are good, but that's it. Script ladden with stereotypes can't go far. Disheveled looks/household (research your stuff rather than pick stuff up from 90s, very poor representation of Pakistani Indian household) , so many medieval restraints on girls (that do not exist in US) , girl vs boy favouritism (between brother sister scene is supposed to convey women empowering? ) & worst of all, name mispronounciatian (OMG, it's come+m+la, not come+a+la) Don't even get me started on the power source rewrite. Seriously, were they trying to recreate a scorpion king bracelet from the mummy returns??
