They are crooks, unfortunately. I had to pay my subscription for school use with my personal credit card. Once I quit from the district, I lost my login and have not been able to access the subscription to cancel. That was in 2021. ever since every year I have tried to get them to cancel my subscription. They refuse and even dispute the credit card dispute. They email me the renewal to my billing email but I cannot cancel by contacting customer service. They keep answering me with bs and telling me that my emails requesting cancellation are not a cancellation. Have been trying since January 2022 and now it will be January 2024. Horrible fraudulent business practices and just unethical.
