Mackenzie Judkins

I absolutely loved this game. I know some people deal with bugs and whatnot, but frankly I think a lot of it is more internet problems. While the intro to the game is a little long for my liking, I enjoy how immersive this game is. I actually wanted to be the popular kid at school, I wanted to defeat the gyms for glory, I wanted to take out team star for the betterment of the students and the school, I wanted to go tackle the big pokemon. I love how much the story will drag you in, especially since it's meant to be done by doing the three different storylines at once. I loved the open world concept, it was something I felt was sorely lacking in Sword and Shield (I haven't finished my playthrough for that game, I do struggle to get into the same way honestly). I've been playing pokemon games since I was a little kid and I truly feel like this game was a wonderful mix of the more standard pokemon game and Arceus. I really do feel like what won my heart with this game is the fact that there are the three different storyline to choose from at any point. It made the game feel more open for exploration because you were never fully stuck on what your 'next step' should be. Overall this game is wonderful and I suggest trying it.
