The movie was indeed different and outrageous. Demi Moore was outstanding in the role. I do believe that the movie could have ended much earlier than it did. The ending kept on getting more gross and more ridiculous. I was wishing for an ending to be done with the nightmarish ending that persisted way too long. I would not recommend or rewatch.
