Archer Grace

This series is a true hidden gem. I put off watching this for so long thinking it might be another silly teenage CGI sci fi and wow was I so happy to be wrong. A rainy day feeling unwell and misanthropic was transformed into a time of wonder and storytelling bliss. It is the most beautiful, poignant and mature exploration of humanity through the lens of science fiction since the stories of Ray Bradbury. Paced, gentle tender and humane, not centred in war and power it is a love letter to the humanity in sci fi of the 60s/70s. Any lover of the stories of Ray Bradbury may love this, anyone who has not yet met Ray Bradbury's work may be in for a treat.
