a downer with no likeable characters

I got hooked just from the first trailer, and in fear of spoilers made sure not to seek further info till i see Widows myself. Oh, but bummer! it really didn't live to my expectations. Words were stilted as though forced to read a cold script word -for-word with no room to improvise. Only adds a slight awkwardness to the performance. OK time to stop... Anyhow, very disappointed. Had a lot of potentials too....Good to see a racially mixed cast reflecting reality and strong female leads.
