I couldn't post without giving a star but you can subtract the star. I can't endorse any film where explicit murder is entertainment. For Terrifier 3, you'll immediately question the sanity of the writer/director and anyone who finds this movie to be good in any way. Take an axe murder and dismemberment of a young family, stabbings and mutilations of two building demolition contractors and miniature bombs disguised as toys given to children for example. The last one so abhorrent, even the producers cut the scene and instead cut to an explosion near the Santa stand at the mall. This is shock horror at its worst, appealing only to the fraction of a fraction of sociopaths in society. Yet perhaps there are members of the audience who want to experience deep revulsion and vile disgust. One of many dichotomies are the villains, a tall thin masked man who reeks weirdness -- Terrifier -- and a zombie woman with a disfigured face They don't even murder evil people, but normal people and mock their victims as they're being murdered. In one scene, a naked couple having sex in the shower die a brutal chain saw death. Just stay away. Stay far, far away. Or, walk out just like half the theater we were in. You don't want this, the imagery, negativity, the PTSD. Just bad all the way around. Darkness.
