Great movie, emotional, but definitely triggering for me. It brought up memories of dealing with a father who always wanted to play the victim and never take accountability for his actions. The line about ‘women liking men with family’ struck another nerve too, because it reflects how my father perceives himself. Also, the support her friend gave her was adorable, great character.
