Ava DuVernay is a visionary. She gave a master class on racial injustice. My heart ached for those boys. It was hard to watch , but necessary. Nothing can ever replace their childhood taken away. But I’m so proud of DuVernay and all involved with this film —validating the men and honoring their truth . 😢❤️
