I had been a regular watcher for many years. I appreciated the even handed interviews with political figures. I'm aware, of course, of George's political background, but I have always been impressed by his professionalism and efforts to inform the voting public. That code has disappeared. I watch much less now because I regularly hear the correspondent's feelings over the facts. For example, I just watched the Surgeon General struggle to share CDC guidelines for Thanksgiving celebrations while Cecilia kept returning to the president's holiday plans. Which topic do you think will have more impact on Americans? The result of these decisions to serve a narrative over the role of informing the public is that your "news" organization has lost its credibility. I recommend returning to a traditional role of journalism, sharing facts. We need information, not outrage.
