The amount of unnecessary rape scenes is crazy. Every time I open this book, I hate to go on because of the ugly descriptiveness in which this masquerading normal-man who probably fantasizes about raping children has to have whenever the scenario DOESN'T call for it... Khaled could have written this entire book flawlessly and enjoyably if he hadn't been so eager to put that filth inside the book. Do better :)
