Okay here goes....... For a skeptic like me, I was very surprised to walk into the theater of what I thought was a children's movie, and find all ages enjoying the film. Super Mario is definitely a movie that captures the interest of several generations. Everything you know about the super Mario games is referenced in the movie. Super Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Bowser, and most of the characters everyone is familiar with, are brilliantly cast, the personalities given to them are exactly what you would expect. All of the Mario themed music is incorporated into the movie in several different genres. There's a place where it sounds like symphony music there's a place where it sounds like jazz, Rock, even lullaby style. Two thumbs way up from me!! 👍👍
