Meh… Doesn’t seem like anything has really been remade. I could play the game on 2ds xl and been just as satisfied. Kinda feel like you guys overcharged for an underworked remaster…

Pros: The gameplay is simple and fun. Sometimes I don't want an overly complex game. Sometimes I just want something simple and sweet like this. The graphics are pretty good. I'm content with them for being a cartoony world as opposed to trying to look more realistic. Cons: The story is honestly bland. The character dialogue should have been entirely audible. The dialogue is lacking and they skimped on hiring voice actors to finish the job. Character creation is more limited than Pokemon Sword/Shield which was disappointing enough as is. They totally slacked on this game as if hoping that people in their 30s wouldn't notice. Well we did. Nintendo continues to cut corners and it is worrying me because I don't want them to go out of business or sell out. Who do they think is mostly going to buy this title? People in their 30s for themselves or for their kids! My daughter loves Pokemon because her uncle and I do! -The Rant I absolutely love this game! The gameplay is what makes this game. But there are definitely some issues that need to be worked out. I would give this game less than 5 stars, but I don't want to make the rating bad because I fear Nintendo will drop the Snap series entirely if reviews and sales aren't good. I'm 32 years old and I feel like Nintendo isn't pushing for quality or finishing details as much as they used to. They need to have better dialogue, voice acting, and actually finish a game and not cut corners. Their hardware is lacking, but Nintendo's true fans care more about quality of gameplay and content as opposed to epic graphics. I know there are consoles and games that "look" much better than Nintendo games, but that is not why I play Nintendo games. I play them for quality and nostalgia. Something that Nintendo seems to not realize is the core of their fanbase. My real rating for this game is 3/5 stars. It seems like they continue to throw away great ideas and then toss us garbage to pick through until they finally get their heads together; but then when they finally do get their heads together every one realizes that every other gaming and console company has left Nintendo behind in the dust yet again. -Suggestions for Nintendo 1. They should consider a partnership or collaboration with Apple Inc. 2. Develop the iNintendo which could be your new Gameboy... The switch lite is trash and a waste of money; may as well buy the actual Switch. The Switch lite is not a Gameboy and it never will be. You can't just ditch the 3DS and not replace it with anything. Who is running your company?! That was an idea as bad as the Wii controllers... 3. Stop worrying about phone games; they're a fad. 4. Stop making bad decisions. 5. Focus on your titles and stop porting a bunch of stuff that nobody cares about to try and hide the fact that you guys are slacking. 6. Please for the love of god don't mess up Pokemon Legends: Arceus 7. Do not lose your partnership with The Pokemon Company because of arrogance and poor decision making. 8. Stop making Zelda games to copy Elder Scrolls series. Make Zelda games that are Zelda games. The new Link's Awakening was 100% 9. Realize you are losing fans & sales because of your lack of quality in development for modern games with the titles you own. It isn't the hardware or graphics. Spend more time on development and more money on music and voice acting. Love your games as much as your fans do...

I like the game a lot. I have 2 cousins and 1 2nd cousin that are 14, 5 & 5. When I am babysitting them games like this and mario party are a great way to entertain us all. I think some of the camera views for multiplayer have issues, but over all I enjoy the game and I like that there are so many different characters to play. You get to build charts and upgrade skills, but not gear to my knowledge. You do get crystals to enhance individual characters that you can kind of customize, but each character’s class style is predetermined in a way that makes it kind of obvious which crystals they should use. I think its a simple build style that is good for younger kids to be introduced to more advanced systems like Dungeons & Dragons. But I think experienced RPG players may get bored quickly with the options, even though character levels were upgraded to be capped at 100 or more I think. Idk that we will still be interested by then, but time will tell lol. I think its worth the money, and that its a good game for arcade style hack n slash fans, marvel fans and especially kids 5+
