This is god-tier cinema. The animation was beautiful and every single one of the jokes landed. And the songs are amazing and have wonderful lyrics. Let me share some of my favorite quotes: "This is the thanks I get?" "No Asha, it wasn't you, it was Magnifico!" "Nonononono" "From one domesticated animal to another, HAYLP US!" But anyways, it should win a Grammy and an Emmy and you should definitely go watch it.

This was literally beautiful. I don't know how people are writing bad reviews for this, it's so amazing. I especially liked the part where he fell into the Christmas door and sang that song.

So my review is slightly biased because I have read the book (BTW spoilers). 1. Why these dudes so old? The entire point of camp half blood is that they're young kids getting chased by monsters so they have to learn how to fight. They're 12, not 17! 2. Why is annabeth so stupid and irresponsible? Even away from the books that's pretty dumb for an Athena kid. 3. WHY ARE THEY COLLECTING PEARLS??????!!??!!!??!?!???!!!??!????!! THAT'S NOT THE POINT OF THE MOVE DID YOU EVEN READ THE TITLE IT'S PERCY JACKSON AND THE LIGHTNING THIEF NOT PERCY JACKSON AND THE HUNT FOR PEARLS YOU. Overall, it sucks on the book accuracy and the movie greatness. Don't watch unless you haven't read the book. If you have, you'll just keep thinking about the book accuracy. If you haven't read it, you might enjoy it. It's *kinda* good as just an action movie so you'd probably be fine with it.
