Poor signage for pick up location in Norfolk
Horrible communication (had no idea we had to get off the bus in Richmond to catch another bus to get to Fredericksburg) double selling of seats, non- English speaking driver.
Late departure. Just horrible all around! Never ever ever again. You are luck Google doesn’t allow zero stars
