My order was placed on 4th November and have still not received it. On the website in it is mentioned that it they will send all products ordered within 7-18 days after the order has been placed.
I asked twice for my tracking id and got the same reply that to read the delivery period on the website and you will get the tracking in few days.
It’s almost going to be 2 months and I have still not received any tracking id.
